  • Berg Injury Lawyers Supports Relay for Life
    In July 2019, Berg Injury Lawyers raised more than $2,000 for the Alameda Relay for Life. Money raised by participants and sponsors of the relay goes towards the American Cancer Society and its mission of supporting people affected by cancer and advancing new research and treatments for the disease. Relay for Life is staffed and coordinated by volunteers in more than 5,200 communities in 20 countries.
  • Berg Injury Lawyers and Local Food Banks Set Guinness World Record
    Berg Injury Lawyers partnered with St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, the United Samaritans Foundation, and Inter-Faith Ministries of Greater Modesto to set a Guinness World Record by collecting 48,613 donated cans of food. Cans were collected at businesses throughout Modesto and placed in Father O’Hare Hall at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Modesto from September 6-8.
  • Drunk Driving: Over the Limit, Under Arrest.
    Berg Injury Lawyers proudly supports the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s national enforcement effort—Drunk Driving. Over the Limit. Under Arrest.—that aims to crack down on impaired driving and reduce roadway fatalities. Read more about the national DUI crackdown.
  • Berg Injury Lawyers Gives Away Hands-Free Headsets
    Alameda-based law firm Berg Injury Lawyers distributed more than 1,500 complimentary mobile headsets in response to California’s new law that prohibits the handheld use of cell phones while driving (VC §23123). Driving under the influence (DUI) is one of the leading causes of car accidents in Northern California and throughout the United States. For over a decade, Berg Injury Lawyers worked to reduce drunk driving accidents in California with our Safe & Sober Free Cab Ride Home program.
