About the Role
We are a plaintiff’s personal injury firm seeking a motivated attorney to join our Sacramento office. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop practical legal skills, build client relationships, and learn how cases progress from intake through resolution.
This position does not involve litigation, making it a great opportunity to master the fundamentals of case development, client communication, negotiation, and strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
After training, you’ll take an active role in moving cases forward and supporting clients:
- Communicate regularly with clients and guide them through the process
- Evaluate cases, identify legal issues, and develop strategy
- Review medical records and demand packages
- Work with case managers to keep cases progressing
- Negotiate with insurance companies and help resolve cases
- Ensure clients are receiving proper treatment and support
Example: You might speak with a client in the morning, assess liability and damages midday, and negotiate a settlement by the end of the week—gaining real-world experience quickly.

Plaintiff’s personal injury firm seeks an attorney to handle personal injury cases in our Alameda office. We are looking for someone who has strong people skills, is very organized and detail oriented, is a self-starter, and is able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
This position does not involve litigation work.
Qualifications:
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Understanding of Tort/PI law. Must Have 1 to 5 Years of personal injury experience.

What will you be doing?
After a comprehensive training program, under the direction of the Managing Attorney, you will be: Working with a team of case managers answering their questions, making sure clients are getting the medical treatment they need, making sure all avenues of insurance and recovery are explored, and making sure cases are moving towards the demand phase. Communicating with clients at least every 30-90 days. Reviewing cases to determine the case value, identifying all potential defendants, determining if there is evidence that needs to be preserved and if any experts and/or investigators should be hired. Determining the general strategy of the case depending on the facts. Reviewing and revising demand packages which would include reviewing and summarizing medical records and other documents. Reviewing and revising drafts of complaints, public entity claim forms, case management conference statements, minors’ compromise petitions, and other documents. Attend court hearings as needed, including case management conferences and minors’ compromise hearings. Some supervision of team members.
Full-time Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 Dependent on years of experience.

Negotiator
Location: ModestoBusy Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a highly motivated individual for a full-time position in the Negotiations Department of our Modesto office. This is not a remote work position.
This fast-paced position requires 2- 4 years experience in personal injury claims, settlement negotiations, and medical lien resolution. The right candidate should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be mathematically competent, detail oriented, and tech savvy, and able to work well independently and as a team player. Bilingual a plus.
Those working or have worked as an insurance adjuster are encouraged to apply. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
