About the Role: 

We are a plaintiff’s personal injury firm seeking a motivated attorney to join our Modesto office. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop practical legal skills, build client relationships, and learn how cases progress from intake through resolution. 

This position does not involve litigation, making it a great opportunity to master the fundamentals of case development, client communication, negotiation, and strategy. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

After training, you’ll take an active role in moving cases forward and supporting clients: 

• Communicate regularly with clients and guide them through the process 
• Evaluate cases, identify legal issues, and develop strategy 
• Review medical records and demand packages 
• Work with case managers to keep cases progressing 
• Negotiate with insurance companies and help resolve cases 
• Ensure clients are receiving proper treatment and support 

Example: You might speak with a client in the morning, assess liability and damages midday, and negotiate a settlement by the end of the week—gaining real-world experience quickly.

As part of your role, you’ll also collaborate closely with our intake/call center team—one of the fastest ways to build confidence and discernment as a new attorney.

Negotiator

Location: Modesto

Busy Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a highly motivated individual for a full-time position in the Negotiations Department of our Modesto office. This is not a remote work position.

This fast-paced position requires 2- 4 years experience in personal injury claims, settlement negotiations, and medical lien resolution. The right candidate should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be mathematically competent, detail oriented, and tech savvy, and able to work well independently and as a team player. Negotiator

A busy and established Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Settlement Negotiator to join our Sacramento office. This is a full-time, in-office position and is not remote.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in personal injury claims, settlement negotiations, and medical lien resolution. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, mathematically proficient, technologically capable, and able to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, insurance carriers, medical providers, and others.

The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team is essential. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Insurance adjusters and individuals with prior insurance claims experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Your experience evaluating claims, negotiating settlements, and communicating with insurance carriers can be highly valuable in this role.

We currently have an opening in our Sacramento Call Center for an Intake Specialist. Answering phones, screening intake calls, signing up client(s). Managing your intakes daily to “chase” potential clients that we want to sign.
