Location: ModestoBusy Personal Injury law firm is looking for a Field Representative/Investigator.
THIS IS A PART-TIME, AS NEEDED POSITION
This is a remote, part-time/as needed position that requires traveling and meeting with clients to gather case information, documents, and evidence. Training will be provided.
The ideal candidate must be professional with a positive attitude, dress professionally, and have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance for their vehicle. Bilingual candidates and candidates with private investigation or law enforcement experience are encouraged to apply.

Negotiator
Location: ModestoBusy Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a highly motivated individual for a full-time position in the Negotiations Department of our Modesto office. This is not a remote work position.
This fast-paced position requires 2- 4 years experience in personal injury claims, settlement negotiations, and medical lien resolution. The right candidate should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be mathematically competent, detail oriented, and tech savvy, and able to work well independently and as a team player. Bilingual a plus.
Those working or have worked as an insurance adjuster are encouraged to apply. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
