The Bay Citizen reports the family of a bicyclist who was killed in a San Francisco car accident has filed a San Francisco wrongful death lawsuit.
The 22-year-old victim was allegedly struck by a drunk driver as he was riding his bicycle. The driver fled the scene of the San Francisco car accident and was later arrested. The San Francisco wrongful death lawsuit names the driver, his girlfriend, and his grandmother who was the owner of the vehicle he was driving.
The driver is currently being tried in criminal court.
