The Modesto Bee reports a man was killed in a Modesto car accident.
A Toyota truck was traveling on Avena Road when he failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a Chevy truck in the Modest car accident.
Both men were not wearing their seat belts at the time of the Modest car accident.
The Toyota driver was airlifted to a hospital where he died.
The Chevy driver was taken to a local hospital where he was treated and released.
There are no charges pending in the Modesto car accident.
