A California man is on trial for four counts of gross vehicular manslaughter for the deaths of four Sacramento drunk driving victims.
The Sacramento drunk driving victims were killed after the man drove his Jeep head-on into their vehicle at an excessive speed.
According to The Sacramento Bee, the man’s blood alcohol level was 0.16 or twice the legal limit at the time of the Sacramento drunk driving accident.
The man is currently free on bail, but if he’s charged for the deaths of the four Sacramento auto accident victims, the man could face up to 18 years in prison.
